All pieces are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

If ceramics arrive damaged , please don't worry, we will gladly replace your piece... However, please send us a photo of the ceramics and the package as soon as you receive it; this will help us with our delivery insurance. 

We trust you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not happy for any reason please contact us right away so we can correct the issue.
